Dementia Care Management
Dementia can quickly become overwhelming. Doctor appointments, changing behaviors, home safety, caregivers, family decisions, community resources, and long-term care planning can all happen at once.
Saharo provides non-medical dementia care management and family navigation to help families understand their options, organize care, coordinate resources, and move forward with a practical plan.
Guidance from a Certified Dementia Practitioner®

Where sessions happen. Virtual dementia guidance sessions are available to families throughout the United States. Bay Area families may also request an in-person consultation or family meeting for an additional fee, subject to location and availability.
Independent guidance. Saharo does not accept referral fees or commissions from home-care agencies, senior living communities, placement services, attorneys or other care providers. When resources or care options are suggested, the goal is to help your family make an informed decision, not to steer you toward a company paying Saharo.
Rescheduling and refunds. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Changes inside 24 hours are handled case by case.
Saharo’s role is to help your family understand options and make informed decisions.
We help families explore available resources and care options based on their needs, preferences, culture, finances, and circumstances.
Saharo is not a medical provider and does not replace your healthcare team.
Dementia decisions aren’t made in a vacuum.
Culture, language, food, family expectations, caregiving traditions, multigenerational households, and beliefs about aging can all affect how families approach dementia care.
Saharo welcomes every family while offering culturally informed support for South Asian families navigating dementia.
A Certified Dementia Practitioner has specialized education focused on dementia care and supporting individuals and families affected by dementia. It is not a medical licence or a clinical credential.
